Here it is! This is our first event for MIX; we’ll be hanging out at the picnic shelter at Fanny Mae Dee’s park (also known as “Dragon Park” based on the large sculpture of a dragon located on the playground nearby), cooking burgers and dogs for everyone who comes out to see the new leadership team! Bring your kids, or just yourself, and come see us while we’re there – we’ll have information on upcoming events the group will be hosting over the summer, and we can’t wait to meet each and every one of you and hear about what events you’re excited for and others that you’re interested in us holding (and maybe helping with, perhaps?) This will be a rain or shine event, so even if the weather doesn’t cooperate, throw on a rain slicker and come see us if you can!

The “Bookings” widget you see below is how you can register for this event; there’s no cost, as you can see, but getting a “ticket” helps us know who’s planning on coming so we can buy the right amount of food, drinks, and seating. Please feel free to let us know you’re coming, and if you end up not being able to make it, that’s fine – we’re more interested in finding out who wants to come, even if you don’t end up making it out.
