We’re excited to announce that this year at The Mark, we’ll be offering two courses on Ethical Non-Monogamy! Join us for a return of our popular ENM Level 1 class, perfect for those new to the practice, and be among the first to experience our brand-new ENM Level 2 class, designed for those ready to deepen their knowledge and skills.
Both classes will be held on June 21st from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, and each will include time at the end for Q&A. Whether you’re just beginning your journey or looking to strengthen your understanding and practice of ENM, we’d love to see you there!
Level 1 Course Description:
This beginner-friendly course introduces the core concepts of ethical non-monogamy, including relationship styles, consent, communication, and boundaries. We’ll explore common challenges like jealousy and agreements, along with the basics of sexual health and emotional self-awareness. Whether you’re curious, questioning, or just starting out, this course provides a supportive space to learn, reflect, and build your framework for non-monogamy.
Level 2 Course Description:
This intermediate course builds on foundational ENM concepts to explore the nuanced realities of practicing ethical non-monogamy in everyday life. This course will cover diverse relationship structures—including relationship anarchy, polyfidelity, and solo polyamory. We’ll discuss advanced communication tools like nonviolent communication, meta-conversations, and relationship check-ins, while diving into emotional regulation, jealousy, and personal growth practices. The class critically unpacks power dynamics, informed consent, and the ethics of transparency, alongside practical skills in conflict repair, STI risk management, and network mapping. Students will also explore strategies for sustaining long-term ENM relationships, navigating legal and familial complexities, and building resilient, supportive communities.
