We’ re really enjoying providing the ENM community with a resource for guidanc e\, answers\, and even some levity to the crazy world of ENM and the relat ionship conundrums it can cause – all while having a good time and\, hop efully\, being entertaining to listen to\, as well! 😀\nThis edition wil l focus on "How to Communicate More Better" - so\, if you find yourself lo oking for different tactics on how to power through bad news\, awkward upd ates\, or anything else that you can't seem to get through to someone - se nd us your questions and make plans to be there!\nThis month’s guest exp ert will be \;Jennifer Bartley – owner of Daybreak Therapy (here’s more info about them on their website)\, where she practices as a License d Marriage and Family Therapist!. Jennifer loves to help people build a&nb sp\;relationship to their \;own inner \;voice\, and to learn to si t with complex emotions. Openly affirming\, Jennifer supports a diverse cl ient population\, including those who are recovering from Religious Trauma and high control group dynamics. She draws on extended training in Eye Mo vement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)\, and Internal Family Syste ms (IFS) to co-create therapy sessions based on client needs.
