MIX Nashville presents The Panel – a live discussion show where a group of five experienced ethically non-monogamists from all over the ENM spectrum take questions from the audience (via an anonymous online form) about anything and everything related to ENM, sex, and relationships in general.

Doors open at 6:30, and the show starts at 7. We’re really enjoying providing the ENM community with a resource for guidance, answers, and even some levity to the crazy world of ENM and the relationship conundrums it can cause – all while having a good time and, hopefully, being entertaining to listen to, as well! 😀

This edition will focus on “How to Communicate More Better” – so, if you find yourself looking for different tactics on how to power through bad news, awkward updates, or anything else that you can’t seem to get through to someone – send us your questions and make plans to be there!

This month’s guest expert will be Jennifer Bartley – owner of Daybreak Therapy (here’s more info about them on their website), where she practices as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist!. Jennifer loves to help people build a relationship to their own inner voice, and to learn to sit with complex emotions. Openly affirming, Jennifer supports a diverse client population, including those who are recovering from Religious Trauma and high control group dynamics. She draws on extended training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to co-create therapy sessions based on client needs. When she isn’t working, Jennifer wrangles an oversized family of boys with her partner or she escapes outdoors for a hike in Tennessee’s beautiful landscape.

We really appreciate Jennifer providing us with her time and expertise for this episode – so make sure you send us some questions to ask her through our anonymous submission form by clicking here!

ALSO – we’re running a clothing drive at all MIX Nashville events between May 15 and June 15th to benefit The Lavender Closet Project (IG: @thelavenderclosetproject), which is a mutual-aid group providing affirming clothing for LGBTQ folx in the Murfreesboro, TN, area! Check your closets and see if you have any new or gently-used clothing (or stuff like hangers, clothing bags, clothing racks, etc.) and bring it out. Please note:  they don’t accept intimates or binders of any kind, even if they’re new

THIS IS A LIVE, TICKETED EVENT. EACH TICKET IS $10/PER PERSON, WHICH IS PURCHASED AT THE DOOR.
