MIX Tubes The Harpeth River - FINAL RESCHEDULE

We've rescheduled this event...again..and its now scheduled for our pre-scheduled alternate date of August 22nd, 2026 This will be the *LAST* time we attempt to schedule this event for this year, so if we can't make the 22nd work, we'll just be cancelling the event and refunding all tickets. As it was last time, all tickets purchased for the original date of July 25th and/or August 1st have been updated and will be honored on August 22nd; if you need a refund for any reason, please reach out to events@mixnash.co, and we'll get that processed ASAP. ************ One of our most beloved events we throw every year is making its annual return this year - floating down the Harpeth River on river tubes with Sunshine's Adventures! The trip, which will launch at 11:00 AM SHARP on August 22, 2026 will consist of up to 25 of us, all lashed together (with five extra tubes to hold our items and coolers) where we'll lazily float down the river while we talk, yell, imbibe, laugh, debate, swim and generally have a fantastic time together. This event is a full five to six hours - there are no off-ramps, so clear your day. Take the day off work, send the kids to the grandparents for the day (or overnight if you can), and just clear the time. (We promise - the effort will be worth it.) Each ticket is $60, and this gets you: Your tube; Life Vest; Paddle (Optional); and A ride back to your car at the end. You should bring: Proper outdoor attire: no cotton or denim Sun protection: sunscreen, UPF clothing, hats, etc Foot protection: Crocs, clogs, closed-toed water shoes, etc Hydration preference: bring plenty, both actual drinking water and whatever libation you might enjoy most? Snacks or picnics in water-tight containers Towel and/or dry clothes to leave in your car We'll make sure there are trash bags for any garbage we'll need to pack out, as well as a cooler or two and some ice for you to stow your tasty beverages (of whatever kind you'd like) while we float.
